Painting Sounification
Introduction
For this project, I was being assigned with two different terms, which are painting and music. I started to think of how can I put those term in a purposeful and deeper way that is meaningful? We hear music and look at artworks everyday. However, how about people who are disabled? How blind people to enjoy paintings, or how can I let deaf people to hear music? They are problem regards to accessbility in the art world that people usually ignore. In last semester, I had already created a project out of music visualization, and therefore, how can I create something different? I reversed my thoughts, and a noval term comes out of my mind, which is painting sounification.
